Refund policy
To return your item:
1. Email us at emuology@xtra.co.nz
2. Provide the following details: Invoice/ Order Number The item you wish to return Why you wish to return it And finally, do you want an exchange or refund
3. We will then reply to your email and will provide an address for you to return your goods to.
When you return your item please ensure you follow the below STEPS All items MUST to be returned within 10 days of receiving your goods. ( If 10 days have gone by since the day you received you purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange ). Once we have received the returned item, please allow 5-10 business days for the returned item to be processed. We will refund shipping in New Zealand only on faulty items however all returns MUST be tracked, as Emuology takes no responsibility for missing packages. Please provide your tracking details and receipt in order to qualify for a shipping refund. The returned product must be in its original condition. We will endeavour to work with you to help best resolve any issues that may arise when purchasing or wishing to return an item.
Exchanges & Refunds
Here at Emuology UK 2017 Limited we ' Make to order’. Because we make your item especially for you upon you placing an order please note that we are unable to provide an exchange or refund simply because you have changed your mind. Please be very careful and keep this in mind when making your selection. For international shipping - please note that we do not offer refunds if you refuse your parcel due to customs charges.
